Shipping & Delivery
  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after your purchase.

  • Shipping Methods: We offer shipping via Australia Post. You'll be able to select your preferred shipping method at checkout.

  • Estimated Delivery:

    • Domestic (within Australia): Estimated delivery is 3 to 7 business days after processing.

    • International: Estimated delivery is 7 to 21 business days after processing. Please note that international delivery times can vary due to customs procedures.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package's journey.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: While we take great care in packaging your order, we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. If you have any issues, please reach out to us at shop@ancientremedies.au

Returns & Exchanges
  • Eligibility for Returns:

    • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

    • Due to the nature of our herbal supplements and for your safety, we can only accept returns on products that are unopened and still in their original, tamper-proof packaging.

    • Once a product's tamper-proof seal has been broken, it is no longer eligible for return.

  • How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at shop@ancientremedies.au with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s).

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or defective.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item and confirm it meets our return eligibility, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an unopened item, please contact us to arrange this. Exchanges are subject to item availability.
